Gaz
Gaz has worked at Ready 4 Retail for over three years now. In terms of his work he is best known for ‘the skill’ he brings to the wide range of jobs he does at the garage. From those however, his greatest passion is enhancing the appearance and look on Range Rovers, by adding body kits, side steps and painting the breaks that sit immediately behind the alloys.
When interviewed, the best thing about working at Ready 4 Retail, Gaz’s opinion, is that it’s a really great place to be, as he works alongside some great people. ‘Mr Liam’ is a top boss who is more than just a colleague and more like a brother.
When not at work, Gaz loves spending time with his children who are 6 & 9 years old and sleeping! His favourite holiday destinations are anywhere around the UK Coastline as it’s always scenic and beautiful throughout the year.
Matt
Matt is our most recent member of the team who joined us just before Christmas last year. Believe it or not he already considers Ready 4 Retail to be the best job he’s ever had. This is down to all the experiences he gets the opportunity to do of doing things with vehicles he’s never done before. Our graphic is a great example of this where Matt’s taking the layer of lacquer off a bumper ready to be treated.
The other thing he loves about working here is that Liam has a great team ethos and spirit, with everyone always happy to help and fully support each other.

Mick
Marvellous Mick has worked at Ready 4 Retail for over seven years.
At the garage he is best known for his skill and expertise in repairing the initial stages of the bodywork which are frequently required. This goes hand in hand with Mick’s favourite job, as he loves restoring and getting the perfect shape on the bodywork again to what it should be.
Favourite food is steak and salad accompanied by a lager.
Hawaii is the best place Mick has ever taken a holiday along with Australia which he also enjoyed. The reasons for Hawaii being the best is the perfect temperatures every day and the beautiful scenery, especially on Waikiki beach.
Simon
Simon is our wheel repair man. We always know when he’s a holiday as the garage is much quieter! Simon is best known for his singing and apparently quick wit. He has worked for Ready4Retail as a sub-contractor now for three years. When asked what he likes doing the most, it’s driving home!
Repairing cars has been a large part of Simon’s life from when he was a youngster, as his father was in the motor trade and his holidays were spent helping his dad out. Simon takes great pride and joy in restoring cars to make people happy again.
Simon loves a good hot meat curry, and his favourite drink is Jack Daniels Honey. He spends most of his weekends at Jackson’s Corner on the coast walking his dogs with his lovely wife. If going abroad Simon likes any of the Spanish Islands as they have everything there, you’d ever want.
Steve
Steve has worked at Ready 4 Retail for over 8½ years now. The team all have different viewpoints when it comes to describing what he is best known for such as bossy, blunt, and the ‘hide and seek’ champion staying under the radar at certain times of the day! I’d say he’s a fantastic person to work alongside.
Like all the team, Steve takes on lots of different duties including pricing the work carried out alongside Liam. His favourite job though is carefully and precisely masking the areas within the preparation stage of the repaint process.
When it comes to food, a hot Indian Madras curry if he is eating out, but milder ones if eating at home. He’ll often have a ‘Monster Energy’ drink to go with this.
TJ
Meet TJ who is the newest member to join our team, not because anyone has left, but to support us with our heavy workload. Thank you to all our followers and supports who continue to recommend us.
Already, TJ is known for his funny personality amongst the team especially for the jokes he manages to come up with. From the work he is currently doing, TJ really enjoys helping Simon with the alloy wheel refurbishments…and because of Simon singing his head off with the radio every day. He likes working with the rest of us at Ready 4 Retail too (good job!) and because he is always kept busy with lots to do.
He currently comes to work on his bicycle but is using his wages to save up for a Kawasaki Ninja 125cc motorbike he’s seen. This will mean it takes him one instead of eight minutes to travel to work.
When not at work TJ loves playing games such as Fifa22 which is currently his favourite. Ricky and Morty on Netflix, with a cheese or steak burger is great along with a top secret drink we wont mention. His best holiday was at the Devon Cliffs despite it taking a long journey to get there.
